Residents and service users also have access to district nursing services whenever required, ensuring appropriate clinical support is available when needed.
Independent & Personal
MSS care, as the ‘Registered provider’ with the care Quality Commission, manages Pine Lodge Residential Home as a smaller, independent organisation. This allows every employee to be actively involved in the day-to-day services, ensuring personal attention and high-quality support for every resident.
